Vibration and acoustic labs acquisition systems.      


PC/Test-AS (AeroSpace mechanical Testing analysis) is an off-line processing package designed to fulfill the special needs of environment laboratories in performing a vibration testing of a spacecraft at maximum safety level. This software has 4 independent modules : SineTest for harmonic response and sine test analysis, NoiseTest for fast acoustic test analysis, Shock'In for processing of the impact tests and Notching for strategy prediction of the sine excitation.

In order to answer everyday's need of mechanical engineers, SineTest reads data resulting from the dynamic  responses computed by Nastran and creates a theoretical database for the tested spacecraft or subsystem. Then, using an independent SW module Export (format converter into Excel or Punch formats) reduced data of a laboratory tests are also read in and immediately compared to Nastran data.
Also, test specifications as limitations in responses (loads, accelerations, constraints) can be associated with this database  in order to quickly elaborate a report after each test level. 
An innovative management process aimed at applied mechanical analysis allows to link data resulting from Nastran  to those provided by the mechanical test. This characteristic is giving mechanical engineers all the tools necessary  to perform finite elements based mechanical analyses for the tested item and to create the  footbridge using the same tools in the universe of the laboratory  tests. 


GRAPHICS  The graphic interface makes it  possible to perform an easy  reporting concerning the test.
